Timely Travel

Plan the trip together.

Timely Travel puts a whole trip on one calm timeline, and fills in the parts everyone forgets. Add a flight and the steps around it unfold on their own: the ride to the airport, check-in and security, the gate, bags, the taxi to the hotel. Add a hotel and its check-in and check-out windows appear. You always know when to leave.

Share a journey through iCloud with a partner, family or friends, with a link or a QR code, and everyone sees the same plan; changes arrive within seconds, with a name on them. There is no account to create and no server in between: journeys live in each person’s own iCloud.

Key features

One calm timeline
Flights, stays, drives and plans on one line, from the whole trip down to the next hour. The steps around each plan unfold on their own, so the app works out when to leave. Gentle checks point out a night without a bed or two plans that overlap.
Bookings read on the device
Share a confirmation email, PDF, screenshot or Wallet pass, and the app reads the flights, stays and booking codes for you to check: with Apple Intelligence’s on-device model where it’s available, and Apple’s Vision framework. Nothing leaves the device.
Shared through iCloud
Invite travel mates with a link or a QR code. Sharing runs on iCloud (CloudKit): no account to create and no server of ours.
Live Activities and widgets
On travel days a Live Activity on the Lock Screen counts down to leaving. Widgets show what’s next and today’s plans on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen.
Apple Watch
Today’s plans and the next step at a glance, with complications that show when to leave right on the watch face.
Siri and Spotlight
Ask Siri “What’s next in Timely Travel?” or “When do we leave in Timely Travel?”. Spotlight finds journeys and plans, even by booking code.
Trail mode
No signal on the trail? On iPhone and iPad, travel mates send messages and voice messages, ask where everyone is and find each other, phone to phone over Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth, with no network at all.
Costs and settle-up
On iPhone, iPad and Mac: add what everyone paid, see each person’s share, and who pays whom works itself out.
The Mac app
The trip spreads across the window, with every check, booking code and place beside it. Drop a booking on the timeline to add it. The same journeys as on iPhone and iPad, kept in step by iCloud.

Privacy

The App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected. Journeys stay on the user’s devices and in their own iCloud. There is no account, no server of ours, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Bookings are read on the device. See the privacy policy.
